    Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah Mengoptimalkan algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan seleksi fitur Forward Selection untuk dapat meningkatkan hasil akurasi atau tingkat keberhasilan yang didapatkan dari prediksi pembayaran kredit.Data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari Bank XY yang berada di Gorontalo. Data yang diperoleh berkaitan dengan semua aspek dari nasabah kredit termasuk informasi pribadi dari nasabah. Desain eksperimen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dataset nasabah kredit.sedangkan analisi yang digunakan adalah Model algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan seleksi fitur Forward Selection. Prediksi tingkat kelancaran pembayaran kredit menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes berbasis Forward Selection mampu memprediksi kelancaran pembayaran kredit ke depannya hal ini terbukti dengan perolehan nilai akurasi Naive bayes berbasis Forward Selection mampu mencapai nilai akurasi 71,97 %

    This study aimed to describe the efforts of Pesantren Nurul Jadid to implement of Hasan al-Banna's thought about Three Matra of education, namely the education of mind, body, and heart (qalb), in constructing students’ characters at Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo East Java. This research used a qualitative method of case study type. The results showed that; pesantren has implemented Three Matra by delivering education for mind, body, and heart for its santri. It has set the moto which is in line with Hasan al Banna's thought in building the character of students. It is supported by its vision and mission which was described in the trilogy of students and five/panca awareness of students, education and learning activity, habituation, making of regulation as the norm of binding and organizing activity students

    From Parsed Corpora to Semantically Related Verbs

    A comprehensive repository of semantic relations between verbs is of great importance in supporting a large area of natural language applications. The aim of this paper is to automatically generate a repository of semantic relations between verb pairs using Distributional Memory (DM), a state-of-the-art framework for distributional semantics. The main idea of our method is to exploit relationships that are expressed through prepositions between a verbal and a nominal event in text to extract semantically related events. Then using these prepositions, we derive relation types including causal, temporal, comparison, and expansion. The result of our study leads to the construction of a resource for semantic relations, which consists of pairs of verbs associated with their probable arguments and significance scores based on our measures. Experimental evaluations show promising results on the task of extracting and categorising semantic relations between verbs

    Systemic Lupus Erythematous(SLE) is a multisystem autoimmune disease. It has been identified as the underlying cause for death for an average 1,034 deaths from 2000 and 2014. Our cases highlight two rare but life threatening complications of SLE; Catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome (CAPS) and Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) with mortality as high as 50-90%. Both cases presenting with respiratory symptoms, required meticulous monitoring in ICU and initially treated with broad spectrum antibiotics However, unlike pneumonia these patients required immunosuppressive and plasmapheresis leading to clinical improvement

    زمینه و هدف: سالمونلا در انسان بیماری‌ های مختلف مانند تب روده، حصبه و شبه حصبه، عفونت خون و مسمومیت‌ های غذایی را ایجاد می ‌کند. گوشت و شیرخام از مهم ‌ترین منابع آلودگی انسان به سالمونلا می‌ باشند. از این رو در این تحقیق به بررسی آلودگی سالمونلا تیفی موریوم و سالمونلا اینترتیدیس گوشت ‌های قرمز و سفید خام در سطح شهرستان شهرکرد پرداخته شد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، تعداد 360 نمونه شامل 98 نمونه گوشت گاو، 36 نمونه گوشت شتر، 75 نمونه گوشت گوسفند، 62 نمونه گوشت بز و 89 نمونه گوشت مرغ، از مراکز عرضه شهرستان شهرکرد جمع آوری و از نظر آلودگی به سالمونلا به روش کشت، آزمون ‌های بیوشیمیایی و آزمون PCR مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. در ادامه سالمونلا تیفی موریوم و سالمونلا اینترتیدیس جدا شده از نظر ژن های حدت invA, rfbj, fliC, fljB, spV, sefA مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: در این تحقیق در مجموع 54 نمونه از 360 نمونه به گونه های سالمونلا آلوده بودند. بیشترین آلودگی در گوشت مرغ (64/31) در نمونه‌ گوشت گاو (26/13)، گوشت بز (06/8)، گوشت گوسفند (8) و گوشت شتر (5/5) مشاهده شد. از مجموع 54 جدایه سالمونلا، 24 ایزوله آلوده به سالمونلا تیفی موریوم و 20 ایزوله آلوده به سالمونلا اینترتیدیس و 10 ایزوله مربوط به سایر سروتیپ ‌های سالمونلا بود. بررسی ژن های حدت ایزوله ها نشان داد تمام آن ها حامل ژن های مورد بررسی بودند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصله بیانگر این است که درصد قابل توجهی از نمونه های گوشت‌ های قرمز و سفید دارای آلودگی سالمونلایی هستند. از این رو لازم است با کنترل‌های بهداشتی و نظارت دقیق در کشتارگاه‌ ها از میزان آلودگی گوشت کاسته شود

    The Effect of Problem Based Learning Applied With Blended Learning on Students’ Problem Solving Skills

    This research aims to determine the influence of the PBL model applied through blended learning on improving the problem-solving ability of learners on the concept of light topic physics at the junior high school / MTs level. The research method used by the one group pretest posttest design data was obtained through the provision of a problem-solving test consisting of pre-test and post-test. After the pre test, blended learning was conducted 3 times after that post test was carried out. The sample in the study was a class VIII student at integrated MTs in one of Gorontalo's 25 cities. Research and analysis results show the influence of blended learning on problem-solving skills. The ability to solve problems can be seen from the improvement of learners' problem-solving ability on the concept of light. This can be seen from the comparison of the value obtained in the pre-test and post-test analyzed using N-Gain which is as wide as 0.77 with a high interpretation. Other influence indicators can be seen from the pretest average of 37% while the posttest average is 86%. Improvements also occur in all problem solving indicators

    Propolis: A New Alternative for Root Canal Disinfection

    Introduction: This study evaluated and compared colony forming units (CFUs) and minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of calcium hydroxide and propolis as intracanal medicaments.Materials and Methods: Eighty human single-root and caries-free teeth were selected and divided into five groups. Crowns were removed. Root canals were then prepared in a step-back manner. The samples were then inoculated by Enterococcus (E.) faecalis and incubated for 21 days. Intracanal medications were applied including, calcium hydroxide (n=20), propolis (n=20), and ethanol (n=20). Two groups of 10 teeth were also used as the positive and negative controls. Microbiological sampling was performed utilizing a piezo-reamer drill after one week of incubation. The samples were plated and CFUs were counted after 48 hours. MICs of calcium hydroxide and propolis were measured by serial dilution and agar dilution methods, respectively. The statistical tests of ANOVA and Duncan post-hoc were used to compare different medications.Results: MICs and CFUs of propolis were dramatically less than calcium hydroxide. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.001).Conclusion: Our results reveal that propolis is an effective antimicrobial intracanal agent
